Join Sanja Krsmanović Tasić for a Theatre/Dance Seminar designed for individuals aged 50 and older. This event offers a space for curiosity, reflection, and creative expression through movement in the scenic setting of Horto, Greece.
Event Details
Dates run from September 6th to 13th, 2026, with arrivals on September 5th. Held 50 km from Volos, the seminar features 4-5 hour daily workshops, leaving time to enjoy local beaches and Pelion’s natural beauty. The seminar culminates in a presentation at Hadjinikos Hall.
Program Focus
Explore what stirs emotions, senses, and the body through lived experience rather than technique. Sessions incorporate breath, voice, memory, imagination, gentle exercises, and creative writing. Drawing from Eastern European laboratory theatre, Grotowski, Barba, Biomechanics, Yoshi Oida, Carolyn Carlson, martial arts, and Sanja’s 40 years of expertise, participants develop physical scores into a devised performance.
Practical Information
Bring comfortable clothes, socks or soft shoes, sneakers for outdoors, a towel or shawl, and an inspiring song or piece of music. The inclusive environment encourages listening to your body, with options for movement or stillness—no prior experience required. Price is 200 euros, covering tuition and welcome dinner; meals available at affordable tavernas or via self-catering.
